10-week Introductory course in mindfulness and meditation
The 10-week course will be held on weekly on Thursdays from 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm.
Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. We teach a structured version with a series of stages that normally takes about six months to learn. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all.
The teaching is free but (cash) donations towards room hire are appreciated.
Please bring cushions to sit on unless you prefer a chair, which are provided.
