Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. It is a structured method which is particularly appropriate for people who are looking for a way to bring some stillness and balance into busy or stressful lives. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all. Voluntary cash donations are welcome to cover the costs of room hire.

The 8-week introductory course will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 19.15 to 20.30. For more details and to register for this course, please contact:
