De-stress, unwind, calm “racing brain”, ease insomnia, get un-stuck.

Lie back and experience a wonderful, therapeutic session of healing sound. These classes are focused on very deep relaxation, and bringing the body, mind, and spirit into balance. A great way to release stuckness, both physical and emotional, and return to calm.

No movement required, just bring a mat, eye mask, light blanket and pillow, and let the specially crafted sound journey take you away into a supportive, healing space.

2 classes offered in the spacious Attenborough Hall:

Sunday Evening 8:15-9:30 pm (alternate Sundays)
Deep relaxation, release stuckness and tension. Sunday evening session is the perfect time to de-stress mind and body, and lift any anxieties about the week ahead.

Friday Lunchtime 1:30-2:15 pm
Unwind and let go in this nurturing, delicious 45 minute soundbath on Fridays. Designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance and “flow”.

BENEFICIAL FOR:  Stress, anxiety, insomnia, focus and clarity, hormone balancing, racing thoughts or “monkey mind”, muscle and joint pain.

Note: If lying on the floor is difficult, just let me know in advance and a chair will be provided. If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy (congratulations!) and please wait to join us until your second trimester.
