Sound “Bath” Class for Wellbeing
Lie back on your mat or blanket, bring a pillow and an eye mask or scarf, and experience this wonderful, therapeutic session of sound. This class is focused on very deep relaxation, and bringing the body, mind, and spirit into balance. A great way to release stuckness, both physical and emotional, and re-set and re-align to get ready for the week ahead.
Sound instruments include: GONG, CRYSTAL & HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWLS, CHIMES
BENEFICIAL FOR: stress, anxiety, insomnia, focus and clarity, hormone balancing, racing thoughts or “monkey mind”, muscle and joint pain, digestion issues, immunity boost, creativity blocks
Note: No experience or particular fitness level is required. If lying on the floor is difficult, just let me know in advance and a chair will be provided. If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy (congratulations!) and please wait to join us until your second trimester.
