The word “Mandala” comes from Sanskrit and translates to “circle,” “disc-shaped object,” or “centre”
The repetitive patterns and visual focus guide the mind, quieting thoughts, and facilitate a meditative state that can bring emotional balance and support psychological wholeness.
In this workshop, you will learn about Mandala art and you will choose one mandala design to colour over a shared topic and drinks.
All tools and colours are provided.
No art experience needed.
Children from 8 years old are welcome.
