How to use a Defibrillator 20-Minute Short demonstration

Would you know how to start CPR, then access and use a public accessible defibrillator? Come and learn, you could be saving the life of a loved one.

• Recognising an unconscious state
• Starting basic life support
• Accessing and using an automated defibrillator

80% of cardiac arrests happen in the home, 20% in public places. Of those only 20% had a shockable rhythm when emergency services arrived. YOU can change that statistic.

Held in the Community Kitchen (Step free access).
