Tuesday – FREE 8-week Introductory course in mindfulness and meditation
The 8-week course will be held on weekly on Tuesdays from 19.15 to 20.30
Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. We teach a structured version with a series of stages that normally takes about six months to learn. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all.
Voluntary cash donations welcome to over the costs of room hire.
Please bring cushions to sit on unless you prefer a chair, which are provided.
