Samatha is a traditional breathing mindfulness meditation technique designed to calm the mind. It is a structured method which is particularly appropriate for people who are looking for a way to bring some stillness and balance into busy or stressful lives. It is Buddhist in origin but suitable for all. Voluntary cash donations are welcome to cover the costs of room hire.
Weekly beginners class – it is not necessary to attend the introductory course first.
