Laure from Grow & Glow is running her first taster class at ETNA with a plan to make it a weekly session.

The yoga classes involve a warm up, theme of the day, fun yoga games and some mindfulness /relaxation to end the class. Laure likes to adapt her classes to every child’s needs.
