Join Ayca an experienced journalist and broadcaster for her workshop.

• Do you get nervous or anxious when you have to speak up in meetings
• Do you dread having to deliver a presentation or you have great ideas but not the confidence to raise your voice.
• You moved country and English is your second language.

You are not alone

This is a safe space for a small group of women to come together, support one another to find their voice.

What you will do in the workshop:
Skills to boost confidence and learn techniques to manage nerves
Training your voice and learning breathing techniques
Discover body language
Delivering your message and sharing ideas with greater clarity and impact
Practical group activities

Dads! This one is for you! The ever popular Daddy and me is back.

Daddy and me baby yoga involving lots of fun, music and precious bonding time.

There will be some yoga for the Dads but rest assured the ability to touch your toes is not a prerequisite (no yoga experience necessary)

Class will be followed by refreshments, chats and the opportunity to connect with other Dads in our community.

No yoga experience necessary.

The class costs £16.
