Join Bhavna for a warm and welcoming community wellbeing session designed to help you reflect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others. This is *not a therapy session*, but a safe, supportive space to discuss everyday life challenges, emotional wellbeing, relationships, confidence, and practical ways to manage stress.
