Join Beth every Sunday night at the ETNA Centre in St Margaret’s with two Yoga classes! Yogalates at 18.00 combines the best of Hatha Yoga & Pilates; toning and strengthening, building core stability, flexibility, strength and balance in body and mind. A dynamic all-rounder, this class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

At 19.30 the evening takes on a more restorative atmosphere with a gentle 90-minute Hatha Yoga class, helping you establish a strong and supple body and a calm and peaceful mindset in preparation for a new week ahead. Beginners welcome!
