Sunday: 10.00 – 11.00 Attenborough Hall
An hour of traditional Hatha yoga, as taught in India, including pranayama breathing techniques and asana practice. If you’re looking for an approachable way of learning yoga or deepening your current practice, feel welcome to join the class. Suitable for both beginners and advanced, mats are provided. (This class is also available to follow online on Zoom.)

Friday: 18.00 – 19.00 Attenborough Hall
Move, breathe, sweat, relax… A traditional yoga class based on the Ashtanga Primary series, to energize the body and mind. This is a stronger class, therefore some previous experience with yoga is recommended. (For a more gentle class, please see the Sunday 10am Hatha Yoga class) Yoga mats are available but you are welcome to bring your own.
Ravi is an experienced yoga teacher from India. He grew up with a yoga practice as part of his daily life and has been teaching at some of the top Yoga schools in Goa and Rishikesh. Since moving to the UK in 2017, he quickly became one of London’s most in demand traditional teachers and is regularly featured in the media. With his friendly teaching style and warm smile, he makes everyone feel comfortable in his classes.
